As a Qualified Professional, you provide clinical oversight for people supported as well as Direct Support Professionals. Qualified Professionals serve on the Leadership Team, helping develop and implement agency goals.

As a Direct Support Professional, you would assist people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in the individual's residence, group home, or in the community.
